At Plant Shop AE, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering healthy and high-quality plants. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns

Due to the live nature of plants, we generally do not accept returns. However, returns may be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or dead plants upon arrival
  • Significant difference from the product description

To be eligible for a return request, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

3. Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Delays caused by customs or courier services
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Minor variations in plant size or appearance (natural variations)
  • Plants damaged after delivery due to improper care

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence
  • We will offer a replacement or refund after review

6. Replacement Policy

Instead of refunds, we may offer:

  • Free replacement of the plant
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Partial refund depending on the situation

7. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs delays in your country
  • Lost packages due to incorrect address

However, we will always assist you in resolving such issues.
